RCOM - Rasmussen's aneurysms

A 66-year-old female with fibrocavitary lung disease secondary to
noninvasive aspergiollosis and tuberculosis was admitted for
massive hemoptysis. On admission, the patient was hypotensive,
anemic, and in respitory distress.
