    Good case. Actually 2 days back i encountered similar case during my radiology practice, but it was complicated as compared to this case. My patient had appendiceal mucocele with soft tissue abnormality at appendix tip infiltrating into surrounding small bowel. Yesterday it got operated and I am waiting for the histopath report. The case is uploaded in teaching files on radiology website www.iradix.in
