Summary:

A 69-year-old male presents with progressive Parkinsonian movement abnormalities and altered mental status. Serum calcium, phosphorus, and parathyroid hormone levels are normal. Computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) of the brain were obtained.
