  • I liked this case because I am gynecologist and we must always bear this in a girl during her first menstruation and months of the same concerns acute or chronic pelvic pain. Imaging studies help transparietoabdominal especially ultrasonography, but CT is no doubt helpful. My congratulations. I like these cases because everyone always learn some tips in our daily practice.
