  • Actually, it is not uncommon to see unilateral breast edema with CHF and other causes of increased total body water.

  • Hello friends, as a gynecologist, I love that website that although is for radiologists and imaging techniques, learn a lot of you and I thank the organizers. This case is evident even when the images we are not always so diligent in diagnosing breast carcinoma. We must always be humble and to study more and more. thanks.

  • If there is a suspicion of inflammatory carcinoma a dermal biopsy should be done. Routine breast biopsy will give a 100% misdiagnosis
