Summary:

83 year old male presented to the emergency department with abdominal pain. CT of the abdomen and pelvis was unremarkable, save for osseous lesions involving the lumbar spine and pelvis. These lesions raised concern for metastatic disease, and plain radiographs were obtained for correlation.
