22 year-old male with a three month history of chronic cough and intermittent fever. Prior plain films and chest CT showed bilateral pulmonary nodules and borderline enlarged mediastinal and bilateral hilar lymph nodes. A PET-CT was recommended.
Q. Based on the PET-CT images, differential considerations would include:
Lymphoma.
Tuberculosis.
Histoplasmosis.
Sarcoidosis.
