Summary:
This 21 year-old female was noted to have a abnormally dilated ureter on abdominal CT. No obstructing lesion was seen however, follow-up IVP was performed to further evaluate. The IVP demonstrated findings consistent with primary megaureter and the patient was discharged without further follow-up.
