Abstract:  Magnetic resonance imaging can be used for a variety of abdominal and pelvic tumors in children, but it is most important in the presurgical evaluation. The author outlines MRI techniques for pediatric patients and addresses imaging of primary liver tumors, neublastoma, renal tumors and pelvic lesions.
