Dean J. Shanley, DO; Jeffery Y, Sue, MD
Abstract: A 76-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because of protracted vomiting, a 20-pound weight loss, fever and leukocytosis. Three weeks prior to this admission, a CT scan of the abdomen revealed an abscess in the left lobe of the liver, which was drained surgically.
