RCOM - Small bowel lipoma with intussusception and associated small bowel obstruction

Abstract: A 31-year-old female presented with a four-day history of
progressive abdominal distention, pain, nausea, and vomitting. the
patient was afebrille with a soft, diffusely tender
abdomen.Clinically, small bowel obstruction was suspected. Computer
tomograpy was followed by laparotomy.
