Newborn male with dusky and swollen left hemiscrotum
Abstract: Following this ultrasound examination the diagnosis of in utero testicular torsion was made. The patient was taken to the OR the next morning where the left testicle was found to be necrotic consistent with remote torsion. The contralateral testes was normal.
