It is noninvasive, relatively inexpensive, does not require intravenous contrast, can be obtained at the bedside, and can often depict many common complications. The authors detail the basic postsurgical anatomy of liver and renal transplants, as well as the sonographic appearance of several of the complications that can often be detected by ultrasound, with an emphasis on vascular complications.&lt;/p&gt;</description><author></author><pubDate>Thursday, 03 Apr 2008 14:50:43 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
