This article addresses the role of MRI in the diagnosis of IBD and the distinction of ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, including appropriate MRI se-quences. The author also compares MRI findings of IBD with those of other imaging modalities, including colonoscopy, ultrasound, barium enema, and computed tomography.</description><author></author><pubDate>Tuesday, 13 Feb 2007 10:59:46 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
