Effective January 2007, under DRA, imaging services performed in the of&amp;#64257;ce are now reimbursed at a level equal to the lesser of the amount provided under the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule or the amount payable to hospitals under the Outpatient Prospective Payment System (Table 1). With several months of decreased reimbursement now behind them, independent imaging centers are beginning to feel the effects of this policy.</description><author></author><pubDate>Friday, 03 Aug 2007 14:22:37 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
