A 60-year-old woman with a history of ventral hernia repair presented with a 1-month history of severe, colicky, periumbilical pain, nausea, and vomiting. Physical examination revealed a soft abdomen with periumbilical tenderness and guarding. Laboratory evaluation was normal. Ultrasound (not shown), computed tomography (CT) (Figure 1), and small-bowel barium study (Figure 2) were performed and followed by laparoscopy.</description><author></author><pubDate>Tuesday, 18 Jan 2005 16:44:01 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
