Magnetic resonance (MR) imaging offers considerable diagnostic and prognostic information, although practical difficulties have limited its role to this point. This review includes a brief summary of the clinical issues of acute cerebral infarction, a description of common MR methods and findings, and the use of MR to direct therapy and to predict clinical outcome.</description><author></author><pubDate>Tuesday, 04 Mar 2003 15:57:13 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
