In cases of obstructive sleep apnea in which there is a complicated medical history, predisposition to airway obstruction at multiple levels, or persistent sleep apnea despite an apnea-treating surgical procedure, dynamic sleep fluoroscopy is a useful adjunct to endoscopic evaluation of the airway.
