In cases of obstructive sleep apnea in which there is a complicated medical history, predisposition to airway obstruction at multiple levels, or persistent sleep apnea despite an apnea-treating surgical procedure, dynamic sleep fluoroscopy is a useful adjunct to endoscopic evaluation of the airway. This article describes the indications and technique for dynamic sleep fluoroscopy and the anatomic sites and common causes of airway obstruction.</description><author></author><pubDate>Monday, 17 Dec 2001 09:52:27 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
