Computed tomography (CT) scan (figure 1) and ultrasound examinations (figure 2) were performed. Laproscopic exploration revealed a large, hard mass of the gallbladder fossa, completely obliterating the gallbladder and infiltrating the duodenum and liver, and a biopsy was taken.
