As the major determinant of survival of the disease is the stage at which the cancer is discovered, choice and accurate performance of screening tests are paramount. Here, testing scenarios for CRC are discussed, and several screening tests, including the double-contrast barium enema, are evaluated as to their quality, cost-efficiency, and reimbursement status.</description><author></author><pubDate>Thursday, 21 Sep 2000 14:07:43 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
