Physical examination revealed abdominal distension, lower abdominal tenderness, hypoactive bowel sounds, and melanotic stool. Pertinent laboratory data indicated a slight leukocytosis with a left shift, slight anemia, mild uremia, and an electrolyte imbalance.</description><author></author><pubDate>Thursday, 21 Sep 2000 17:05:25 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
