Routine CT Thorax presented was obtained to evaluate left hilar fullness identified on prior chest radiograph. That radiograph was obtained in evaluation of chronic, mild shortness of breath.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;At the time of the CT, she was experiencing mild shortness of breath described as chronic. Plain film of the chest presented here was obtained when the patient presented to the Emergency Department less than 2 hours after the CT Thorax.
