&gt;A 42-year-old man presented with left shoulder pain of 3 to 4 months duration. Rotator cuff tear was suspected on physical examination. MRI of the shoulder revealed partial tear of the supraspinatus tendon and superior glenohumeral ligament. Incidental finding on MRI was splitting of the long head of the biceps brachii at the bicipital groove and reattachment at lower level close to musculotendinous junction. &lt;/p
