Her prior surgeries included a laparoscopic appendectomy and total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingoophorectomy. Clinically, inflammatory bowel disease was suspected. Acomputed tomography (CT) scan was obtained (Figures 1 and 2) and the patient was taken to the operating room for definitive management.&lt;/p&gt;</description><author></author><pubDate>Monday, 18 Oct 2010 13:19:36 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
