The patient described the pain as a dull ache and stiffness and also reported an uncomfortable sensation of warmth and tingling. The patient denied a history of trauma. The physical examination revealed mild swelling, tenderness to palpation, and decreased range of motion in the left knee. There were no other signiﬁcant ﬁndings on physical examination, and full range of motion was noted in other joints.&lt;/p&gt;</description><author></author><pubDate>Monday, 24 Jan 2011 10:31:43 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
