She was sent for cardiac imaging to evaluate for cardiac ischemia and possible subsequent cardiac ablation. The patient received a Cardiolite (technetium Tc99m sestamibi) exam that was negative for ischemia, but showed an area of increased activity in the left breast. The patient denied any breast symptomatology or family history of breast or ovarian cancer. A clinical breast exam by her primary care physician was normal, but she was referred for breast evaluation with mammography, which revealed an abnormal cluster of calcifications in the left breast. Subsequent breast ultrasound, ultrasound directed biopsy, and eventual magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of both breasts were performed.&lt;/p&gt;</description><author></author><pubDate>Thursday, 24 Feb 2011 11:25:03 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
