A subsequent computed tomography (CT) scan revealed a tension pneumocephalus due to a right frontal bone fracture. The patient underwent a frontal sinus repair and external ventricular drainage, followed by insertion of a right ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt. &lt;/p&gt;</description><author></author><pubDate>Monday, 28 Mar 2011 16:06:56 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
