Vomiting ensued with generalized, unrelenting abdominal pain. An 
abdominal radiograph was read as revealing no focal obstruction (Figure 
1). Given the progression of symptoms, a contrast-enhanced computed 
tomography (CT) scan of the abdomen and pelvis was performed. On the CT,
 the cecum was found in the epigastric region, along withan inflamed
