Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn), 
recently passed away after a long battle with cancer. He was an 
extraordinary gastrointestinal (GI) radiologist, teacher, and innovator 
who was largely responsible for the development and refinement of modern
 double-contrast barium studies.&lt;/p&gt;
