However, advances in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) sequences, protocols, and coil technology have positioned MRI as a viable alternative to CT. In this article, the authors demonstrate the advantages of MRI for abdominal imaging in patients at higher risk for radiation-related cancers and with allergies to iodinated CT contrast agents.&lt;/p&gt;</description><author></author><pubDate>Wednesday, 07 Nov 2012 15:32:09 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
