Telix, United Imaging Partner to Advance Integrated Theranostics Solutions in the U.S.
June 2, 2026 · News Release

Telix Pharmaceuticals and United Imaging Healthcare North America have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to evaluate a strategic research collaboration aimed at advancing integrated theranostics solutions in the United States.
Under the proposed collaboration, the companies will assess the integration of United Imaging’s scanner platforms, software, connectivity, and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities with Telix’s molecular imaging portfolio and validated clinical protocols. The initiative is designed to explore how a unified imaging and radiopharmaceutical approach could improve workflow efficiency and standardization in theranostics.
According to the companies, the collaboration will focus on enhancing integration between imaging systems and radiopharmaceutical workflows, enabling protocol-driven imaging performance across sites, supporting treatment planning and longitudinal patient management, and advancing data-driven, AI-enabled clinical decision support tools.
“Theranostics represents a fundamental shift toward more integrated and personalized cancer care,” said Jeffrey M. Bundy, PhD, president and chief commercial officer of United Imaging Healthcare North America. “Through this collaboration with Telix, we aim to explore how deeply integrated imaging, AI, and radiopharmaceutical workflows can be combined to support routine clinical use at scale.”
Kevin Richardson, CEO of Telix Precision Medicine, emphasized the importance of aligning imaging technology and radiopharmaceutical innovation to maximize the potential of theranostics.
“Realizing the full potential of theranostics requires close alignment between state-of-the-art scanners, integrated software solutions, and radiopharmaceutical innovation,” Richardson said. “By working with United Imaging, we are exploring new ways to deliver more seamless, data-driven workflow solutions that can support clinicians in their decision-making, leading to better patient outcomes.”
The collaboration will initially focus on TLX101-Px (Pixclara®; floretyrosine F 18) in the U.S., with the possibility of expanding to additional Telix products and product candidates, as well as other geographic markets, subject to mutual agreement.
Early activities are expected to include scanning protocol optimization, development and validation of workflow support tools, and pilot programs targeting high-impact clinical applications. The companies also indicated that the framework could support future co-development, validation, and deployment of integrated theranostics workflows.
